brown sugar plums
8 plums, halved and stones removed
¼ cup (45g) brown sugar
Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Place the plum, cut-side up, on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Sprinkle with sugar and roast for 15−20 minutes or until just tender. Serves 4.
