apple and elderflower fizz

¾ cup (185ml) gin
1½ tablespoon elderflower cordial +
3 cups (750ml) sparkling apple juice
2 Granny Smith (green) apples, thinly sliced
crushed ice, to serve

Place the gin, cordial, apple juice, apple slices and ice in a jug and stir to combine. Serves 6.
+ Elderflower cordial is available from supermarkets and delicatessens.
