swiss cheese, spinach and ham brioches
- 16 slices brioche
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices leg ham
- 80g baby spinach leaves
- unsalted butter, for brushing
- Spread half the brioche slices with the mustard, top with the cheese, ham and spinach and sandwich with the remaining brioche.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the sandwiches with butter and cook for 2−3 minutes each side or until golden and the cheese has melted. Serves 4.
