Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir through the Turkish delight and ¼ cup of the dried cranberries. Spread onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and sprinkle with the remaining dried cranberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into pieces to serve. Serve with a selection of store-bought sweets such as nougat, Turkish delight or meringues. Serves 8.
