wasabi and coriander mayonnaise
To make the wasabi and coriander mayonnaise, place the mayonnaise, coriander, wasabi and lime juice in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
Place the prawns, oil, lime juice, garlic, chilli, salt and pepper in a non-metallic bowl and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Heat a barbecue or char-grill pan over medium heat. Barbecue the prawns for 1–2 minutes each side or until cooked through. Serve with the mayonnaise, rocket and lemon. Serves 4.
