  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 10g (piece) ginger, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup grated dark palm sugar+
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3kg cooked medium prawns (shrimp), peeled with tails intact
