Preheat oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Rub bread with garlic and brush with olive oil. Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and bake for 4–5 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool. Place the peas, lemon rind and extra garlic in a bowl and lightly crush with a fork. Spoon onto the bread and top with artichoke. Sprinkle with parmesan and drizzle with oil to serve. Serves 4.
