  • 1 ½ cup (180g) frozen peas, blanched
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
  • 1 clove garlic, extra, crushed
  • 4 store-bought marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
  • finely grated parmesan and extra-virgin olive oil, to serve
