  • 1 long red chilli, seeds removed and thinly sliced
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1kg cooked prawns, peeled, veins and tails removed and halved
  • 12 slices sourdough baguette
  • 1 bunch rocket, trimmed
  • lime wedges, to serve
