zucchini, feta and chilli bruschetta
  • 2 zucchini (courgettes), thinly sliced
  • 2 small red chillis, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) olive oil
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, char-grilled
  • 150g feta, sliced
