chicken and fennel slaw
  • ¼ cup (75g) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 store-bought barbecue chicken, skin removed and shredded
  • 1 fennel bulb, outer leaves removed and thinly sliced
  • 2 small carrots, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped chives
  • 4 green onions (scallions), sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
