wasabi and lemon dressing
To make the wasabi and lemon dressing, place the oil, lemon juice, wasabi, sugar and salt in a bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Brush the tuna with oil and cook for 1 minute each side or until cooked to your liking. Allow to cool and separate into chunky pieces. Place the tuna, sugar snaps, sesame seeds, onion, chilli, basil and dressing in a bowl and gently toss to coat. Divide between bowls and serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
