wasabi tuna and sugar snap pea salad
  • 4 x 150g tuna steaks
  • olive oil, for brushing
  • 200g sugar snap peas, trimmed, blanched and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red chilli, seeds removed and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Thai basil leaves

wasabi and lemon dressing

  • ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 teaspoon caster (superfine) sugar
  • sea salt flakes
  • lemon wedges, to serve
