  • 1 quantity basic bolognese sauce (see recipe)
  • 500g fresh lasagne sheets
  • ¾ cup grated mozzarella

  • 80g butter
  • 4 tablespoons plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 4 cups (1 litre) milk
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
