  • 500g sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 (125g) bok choy, trimmed and quartered
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed and halved
  • 150g vermicelli noodles, cooked and drained

  • 1 cup coriander (cilantro) leaves
