Place the yoghurt, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and mix until well combined. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the butter, extra sugar and pear and cook for 2–3 minutes each side or until golden. Add the port and orange juice and cook for 5 minutes. To serve, divide the pear between serving plates, spoon over the port and orange sauce and top with the yoghurt mixture. Serves 4.
