Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and cook until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from the heat, add the marshmallow, cranberries and strawberries and stir until well combined. Pour mixture intoa lightly greased 20cm x 30cm slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or untilset. Cut into pieces to serve. Makes 25.
