brownie ice-cream

1 x donna hay molten chocolate chunk brownie mix
2 litres vanilla ice-cream

Bake the brownies as per packet instructions. Cut 500g of the brownie into 1cm pieces. Place the vanilla ice-cream in an electric mixer and beat for 2–3 minutes or until softened. Fold through the brownie pieces and return to the freezer for 3–4 hours or until set.
