The donna hay general store will arrange to forward your goods using either Australia Post, DHL express and/or a courier service. You may be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery.

Delivery and/or postage fees will be calculated on total weight (sometimes by volume) and charged at the time of your order.

The donna hay general store is able to deliver to most areas in the world. The majority of our goods are shipped Australia-wide with Australia Post and globally via DHL Express. Some larger goods, depending on the destination, are shipped via courier. We strive for prompt and safe shipping right around the world.

Please note that we do not allow pick-ups from our warehouse and do not deliver food items outside Australia.

You must allow up to 2 weeks shipping time within Australia, and 6 weeks standard or 3 weeks with express service internationally from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this.

We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are competitive. All our shipping charges are based on the actual weight (sometimes by volume) of the products rather than a broad weight range.

In order to determine the shipping cost for your address, simply add your chosen products to the shopping cart then select your country of destination and the required shipping type. The cost will appear in the shopping cart before you check out.
