For an inexpensive yet highly effective table runner, place a strip of wrapping paper down the centre of the table. Personalise each setting by hanging a napkin pouch on the chair backs. Fold the bottom hem of the napkin up 10cm, spray with starch and iron in place. Fold into thirds to create a pocket on one side, iron and fill with Christmas treats. Hang over the back of the chair by tying with ribbon.
