Make a single-serve cheese board for each of your guests. That way there is no reaching across the table or waiting for the cheese to be passed to you; everyone can nibble at their leisure. Place a selection of cheeses, a stack of crackers or lavash and fruit, such as figs and miniature apples, on small bread boards. And don’t forget the cheese knives.
