HOW THE GIFT REGISTRY WORKS

Whether you’re a bride-to-be, mum-to-be or even approaching a milestone birthday, the donna hay general store gift registry is a simple way to organise a gift list for your guests, leaving you free to focus on the finer details of the special day.

Simply log in or become a member to create a gift registry for your special occasion (preferably a month or more prior to the event date) and choose any of the beautiful items from the donna hay general store. We’ll take care of everything else!

We’ll package up your gifts after the event and have them delivered to you at your convenience. We’ll even send you beautiful donna hay general store cards that you can send out with your invitations to let guests know about your registry.

You can log into your registry at any time to add to your list or edit your details. Once the registry has closed, we’ll email you to confirm delivery details and your gifts will be on their way!

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The donna hay online store will arrange to forward your goods using either Australia Post and/or a courier service. You will be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. Postage fees will be calculated for each item purchased on your gift list and charged to the purchaser. As the gift registry owner, you will not incur any postage fees unless you choose to purchases from your registry yourself.

The donna hay online store is able to deliver to most areas in Australia and internationally. The majority of our goods are shipped with Australia Post. Some larger goods – and depending on the destination – are shipped via courier. We strive for prompt and safe shipping throughout Australia and internationally. We do not allow pick-ups from our warehouse. We do not deliver food items outside Australia.

Please allow up to 1 week shipping time from the close of your registry within most Australian states (10 days for Western Australia), and up to 6 weeks internationally (3 weeks with express) from the date of payment, although, in most cases, delivery is much quicker than this. FAQ

Will I know from whom I have received each gift?
Yes, you’ll be sent an email once the registry is closed detailing which gifts have been bought and by whom.

Can I set up a gift registry for someone else?
Yes, you can set up a registry for someone else and have it delivered to their address. But to keep it a surprise you’ll need to use your own email address.

Is the gift registry only available for Australian addresses?
No, any one can set up a gift registry from donna hay general store and have it delivered to them, wherever they are in the world.

Can overseas guests purchase gifts from the registry?
Of course, even guests that can’t attend the event can purchase from the registry. Simply send them the link to the registry.

Is this gift registry just for weddings?
Not at all, the donna hay gift registry is perfect for engagements, baby showers, graduations, birthdays, housewarmings, kitchen teas, commitment ceremonies and more!

I don’t need my gifts wrapped, can I elect not to have them wrapped?
Absolutely, we’ll just package them up for you with your guests’ notes attached.
