sesame glass biscuits
- ¾ cup (165g) caster (superfine) sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Sprinkle the sugar and sesame seeds on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until melted and golden. Set aside to cool and harden. Break into shards to serve. Serves 4.
+ You could serve these with a selection of petit fours, on their own with a dessert wine or coffee or with your favourite ice-cream.
