cranberry and pomegranate spritz

  • 1½ cups (325ml) cranberry juice 
  • crushed ice 
  • 3 cups (750ml) sparkling wine or Champagne 
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds 
  • ¼ cup (40g) frozen cranberries
  1. Divide the cranberry juice and crushed ice between 6 Champagne flutes. 
  2. Top each with the sparkling wine and pomegranate seeds. 
  3. Thread the cranberries onto small skewers and use to garnish the glasses to serve. Serves 6.
