spiced malted hot chocolate mix
to assemble your mix:
- ½ cup (80g) icing (confectioner’s) sugar
- ½ cup (50g) Dutch cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¾ cup (75g) malt powder in a bowl.
- 2-cup-capacity (500ml) glass jar
- small bag of marshmallows.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture with 1 cup (250ml) hot milk. Serve with the marshmallows.
