2 lavash bread
olive oil, for brushing
¼ cup (20g) finely grated parmesan
2 cups (240g) mixed olives
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4 sprigs rosemary
4 small dried chillis
½ cup (125ml) olive oil, extraPreheat oven to 200ºC (390ºF). Place the lavash bread on a baking tray, brush with oil and sprinkle with parmesan. Place the olives, garlic, rosemary, chillies and extra oil in a baking dish. Bake the olives and the bread for 8–10 minutes or until olives are warm and fragrant and bread is golden and crisp. Break the bread into pieces and serve with the warm olives.
