crunchy coleslaw

  • 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoon malt vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar 
  • ½ (1kg) white cabbage, thinly sliced 
  • 3 carrots, peeled and grated 
  • 4 green onions (scallions), trimmed and sliced
  1. Place the mayonnaise, vinegar and brown sugar in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the cabbage, carrots and green onions to the mayonnaise mixture and toss to combine. Serves 4.
