1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoon malt vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
½ (1kg) white cabbage, thinly sliced
3 carrots, peeled and grated
4 green onions (scallions), trimmed and slicedPlace the mayonnaise, vinegar and brown sugar in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the cabbage, carrots and green onions to the mayonnaise mixture and toss to combine. Serves 4.
