pomegranate and ginger fizz
- ½ cup (125ml) pomegranate juice
- ¼ cup (60ml) light agave syrup
- 12 thin sticks fresh ginger
- 1 bottle (750ml) chilled Champagne
- Mix to combine the pomegranate juice and agave syrup. Divide between 6 Champagne flutes and add the ginger. Top with Champagne to serve. Makes 935ml.
Serves 6 (7.1 standard drinks).
