Cacao bliss balls
- 24 (480g) fresh pitted dates
- ½ cup (80g) almonds
- ¼ cup (25g) raw cacao powder, plus extra for rolling
- 2 tablespoons Cobram Estate Light Flavour Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Place the dates, almonds, cacao and oil in a food processor and process until a smooth dough-like paste forms. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and roll balls in extra cacao powder. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and serve as a treat or snack. Makes 18
