date, almond and cacao bliss balls

  • 24 fresh pitted dates
  • ½ cup (80g) almonds
  • ¼ cup (25g) raw cacao powder, plus extra for rolling
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  1. Place the dates, almonds, cacao and coconut oil in a food processor and process for 2–3 minutes or until the mixture comes together.
  2. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and roll in extra cacao to coat. Makes 22.

Tip: The bliss balls will keep refrigerated for 2–3 weeks.
