- 3 ice cubes
- 40ml chilled pear juice
- 40ml chilled gin or vodka
- 40ml tonic water
- 2 teaspoons elderflower cordial
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- thinly sliced pear and a twist of lime, to serve
- Place the ice cubes into a 250ml glass. Add pear juice, gin or vodka, tonic water, elderflower cordial and lime juice and stir to combine.
- Top with a pear slice and a twist of lime, to serve. Serves 1
