  • 2 x 400g pork fillets, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (scallions), sliced
  • hoisin peanut dipping sauce, to serve
