- 2 Lebanese cucumbers (260g), roughly chopped
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon matcha green tea powder+
- 2 cups (500ml) coconut water
- Place the cucumber, mint, matcha and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses, over ice, to serve. Serves 2
