crunchy coleslaw

- 1 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoon malt vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- ½ (1kg) white cabbage, thinly sliced
- 3 carrots, peeled and grated
- 4 green onions (scallions), trimmed and sliced
- Place the mayonnaise, vinegar and brown sugar in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the cabbage, carrots and green onions to the mayonnaise mixture and toss to combine. Serves 4.
