cool green smoothie

  • ½  banana, peeled
  • ½ cup (12g) baby spinach leaves
  • 1 stalk kale, leaves only
  • 6 large mint leaves
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 ice cubes
  1. Place the banana, spinach, kale, mint, coconut water, lemon juice and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between glasses, over ice to serve. Serves 1
