Celebrating Dad’s with our father’s day menu

Father’s Day is the perfect excuse to gather the family, share a delicious meal and celebrate the wonderful dads, granddads and father-figures in our lives. This year I’ve created a menu that’s full of bold flavours and a touch of indulgence — food made to celebrate, savour and enjoy with the people you love most.
Think fall-apart slow-cooked garlic and onion lamb with bright salsa verde, served with a generous bowl of Italian potato salad, followed by the rich decadence of a dark chocolate and raspberry Basque burnt cheesecake. And because no celebration is complete without a sweet little gift, there’s my peanut butter and caramel fudge — the perfect treat to wrap up for Dad (if it lasts that long!).
