2 small apples, thickly sliced
20g butter, melted
80g dark chocolate, cut into 8 pieces
16 wonton wrappers*
icing sugar, to serve Preheat oven to 180ºC (355ºF). Place a slice of apple and a piece of chocolate in the centre of a wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with water, top with another wonton wrapper and press the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
Place the parcels on a lightly greased baking tray. Brush the tops with butter and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
* Wonton wrappers are available from the refrigerated section of most supermakets, as well as Asian grocery stores.
