Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface to 3mm thick, cut into 4 x 14cm circles and place on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Spread each pastry circle with the jam, sprinkle with the almond meal and top with the apple and strawberry. Sprinkle with the sugar and bake for 15–20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden. Serves 4.
